Join an International Course in Sports Event Management

A Unique Opportunity for TAFISA Member Organisations

TAFISA and the Russian Olympic Committee are offering TAFISA Members a special opportunity to take a course in Sports Event Management. This international educational Course was developed jointly with the Russian International Olympic University (RIOU) as an exclusive service available only to the staff and board of directors of TAFISA Member organisations.

The Sports Event Management Course can empower TAFISA Member organisations to develop, deliver and promote sport events and Sport for All programmes for their communities. It will cover areas such as:  

• Strategic planning, branding and promotion of Sport for All and physical activity events,  
• Daily operations and fan management,  
• Sponsorship and venue management,  
• Event planning,  
• Key points project management and planning processes,  
• Leadership in Sport for All,
• Etc.  

The 10-day Course will be delivered by lecturers with a professional academic background, practical experience and expertise in sports and event management. It will take place on November 22nd – December 1st, 2020 for a total 48 academic hours. Upon completion of the course, participants will get a RIOU certificate of successful completion.
