TAFISA is a member-centric organization with our primary focus being to serve the interests of our members. With more than 394 members from over 170 countries on all continents, TAFISA's member structure is unique and inclusive, comprising both governmental and non-governmental organisations, including:

National and International Sport Organizations
National Olympic Committees
Ministries of Health, Culture, Education, and Sport,
Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs),
International, national, regional, and local Sport for All organizations,
Cities and Municipalities, and
Educational Institutions.

Member Categories

TAFISA members fall into three categories:

National Members: umbrella institutions not specific to a particular sport, operating at the national level, and promoting Sport for All and physical activity
International Members: institutions that promote Sport for All and physical activity internationally
Supporter Members: organisations or individuals offering or actively promoting Sport for All and/or physical activity

To become part of the ever-growing TAFISA family, please complete and submit the following online application form, along with all the prescribed documents. Your application will be preliminarily reviewed by the TAFISA Board of Directors at its next bi-monthly meeting and finally reviewed by the TAFISA General Assembly at its next meeting on the occasion of the next TAFISA World Congress.

Member Fees & Payment Options

Membership fees are due by 30th April each year and are €450 for National and International Members, and €400 for Supporter Members.
