From 17 – 20 June, the TAFISA Certified Leadership Course (CLC) level 1 took place in Fiji.
The CLC, which is a part of the SUCCEED Framework, led by TAFISA in collaboration with the IOC through its?Olympism365?strategy, was hosted by the Fiji National Sports Commission. This 4-day training brought together a diverse group of participants, from sport federations, clubs, and the commission itself, to coaches and sport administrators.
The participants were asked to sum up their experience so far in one word.
