As a long-standing member of the IOC Olympism365 Commission, TAFISA President Baumann attended the Commission's meeting at Olympic House in Lausanne, Switzerland, on 5 November 2025. This year's meeting was particularly significant, as it formed part of the IOC's "Fit for the Future" consultation - an initiative launched by IOC President Kirsty Coventry shortly after her election to help shape the future of the Olympic Movement.
