TAFISA is pleased to announce the call for interest for the INTERACT+ Sport for All Capacity Building Training, a unique development opportunity for international sport organizations, national and continental federations, and their members seeking to strengthen their capacity, expand participation, and embed Sport for All principles throughout their structures and strategies.
More information: https://interact-sport.com/capacity-building-framework/
The INTERACT+ Capacity Building Training supports organizations in navigating the major challenges affecting today's sport landscape: rising physical inactivity levels, increasing demand for informal and flexible sport formats, and the ongoing struggle to attract and retain participants. Despite these challenges, sport organizations hold tremendous potential to drive change, yet many still lack the tools, confidence, or strategic clarity to fully engage in Sport for All development.
This training provides those tools.
Delivered onsite or online, the two-day program combines interactive workshops, case studies, peer exchange, and practical exercises designed to help participants improve governance, strengthen program delivery, build strategic partnerships, and align their work with global frameworks such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals, UNESCO Fit for Life, and the IOC's Olympism365 Strategy. Participants are guided in evaluating their current activities, identifying opportunities, and designing tailored, low-cost/high-impact Sport for All initiatives that can be immediately put into practice.
The training is intentionally structured to support leaders, staff, and volunteers at all levels of the sport system. It helps teams build a shared understanding of what Sport for All truly means, how it can contribute to organizational growth, and how each federation or club can play its part in increasing participation and creating sport ecosystems where everyone has a place. Organizations taking part will benefit from enhanced strategic clarity, improved governance practices, stronger collaboration with their members, and increased visibility within the global Sport for All Movement.
Sport for All cannot be achieved by theory alone. It requires committed leaders, educated teams, and clear pathways for action. The INTERACT+ Capacity Building Training aims to equip sport organizations with exactly that!
Applications are now open until January 31, 2026.
