SUCCEED Governing Committee Launches with Milestone First Meeting 

The SUCCEED Governing Committee held its first working meeting on 12 November, kicking off an exciting new chapter for the initiative. The Committee tackled key priorities, including approving the SUCCEED Framework, finalizing the Committee’s Mandate, and setting the stage for the work ahead. 

A major focus of the meeting was developing the Theory of Change for the SUCCEED Framework, led by Aurélie van Hoye. This process is about defining the activities, outcomes, and impacts SUCCEED aims to achieve. The discussion in the meeting centered on identifying the barriers to Sport for All and physical activity that the framework will address, as well as the lasting impacts we expect from the SUCCEED Framework. 

By laying this Theory of Change foundation, the committee can better evaluate the success of its programs, pinpoint where efforts will have the greatest impact, and find new opportunities to grow and improve.
