We are pleased to present a visual report highlighting the recent "Next Generation Women Leaders in Sport Leadership Training," held April 3-4, 2025, in Morocco. This impactful initiative, supported by UNESCO's Participation Program, is part of the global effort to advance gender equity in sport leadership.
Held alongside the Tibu Africa Summit on Education through Sport, the training brought together 27 young women from diverse backgrounds, all passionate about Sport for All and leadership. Facilitated by TAFISA Senior Manager Game Mothibi and local experts Hana Kzib and Adel Kerkour-Alla, the sessions explored transformational leadership, sport advocacy, strategic communication, and inclusive program design.
This visual report captures the energy, creativity, and voices of the participants through an interactive workshop and collaborative activities. It also marks the launch of a mentorship journey, pairing these emerging leaders with experienced mentors to foster continued personal and professional growth. The report reflects both the success of this event and the promise of a new generation shaping the future of sport leadership.
