About the CLC

The TAFISA CLC fosters leadership development at four levels: individual, community, organizational, and systemic. Through the course, participants will enhance their capacity in key areas such as inclusion, sustainability, and leadership in Sport for All, while designing Community Development Projects that address local needs and challenges.

The CLC offers two dynamic levels:

  • Level 1 introduces foundational concepts and practical skills.
  • Level 2 builds on this foundation with an advanced approach, focusing on the TAFISA Mission 2030 themes linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), offering advanced strategies and deeper insights.

Together, these courses ensure continuous learning and alignment with global agendas such as the UN SDGs, the IOC's
Olympism365 Strategy, and UNESCO Fit for Life.
