Certified Leadership Courses participants are allowed to receive funding and support to implement small-scale projects and apply the skills gained after completing the CLC Level 1 and CLC Level 2. As the Certified Leadership Courses in Trinidad and Tobago and Rwanda accomplished the level 2 certification in February and March 2025, respectively, the teams are now preparing for the effective implementation of the projects designed.

These 9 groups of skilled individuals aim to drive meaningful impact within their communities, positive enhancement in the field of Sport for All, and lasting sustainability for these initiatives.

LET’S PLAY - (January 2025 - November 2025)

By reintroducing and preserving these cultural pastimes, the project targets the union of generations, fostering a sense of identity and community while promoting physical activity. Although the principal target group is secondary school students (13-16 years old), the project will also engage with physical education teachers, school teachers, parents, and sponsors.

The Live Golden Seniors Challenge - (March 2025 - September 2025)

This project has developed a framework designed to actively improve the lives of senior citizens in 4 critical impact areas using 6 specific categories of beneficial physical activity. The framework leverages the gamification of self-care for seniors by delving into categories of physical activity that the target group is already aware of and enjoys. The project will apply the framework in a senior care home and a senior tech club in Trinicity for seniors (50+ years); activities like choreographed, adaptable dance routines to music over a 4-week period will be implemented.

Show Me Yuh Motion - (February 2025 - December 2025)

Show Me Yuh Motion is a vibrant social media campaign aimed at promoting inclusivity in sports and physical activity across Trinidad and Tobago. It aims to encourage widespread participation by motivating individuals to share their physical activity experiences using the hashtag #ShowMeYuhMotion and to raise awareness about the physical, mental, and social benefits of regular activity. The project will utilize 30–45 second videos shared on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, that will feature diverse individuals engaging in a variety of sports and physical activities.
